Our step aerobics classes will get you moving with fun choreography. I love step because it's a high-energy cardio workout that is really just dancing. Step also involves the mind--
concentrating on the choreography keeps me from watching the clock. We'll start with simple moves, and gradually build them into new combos over the course of each class. The class
is modifiable for every level--you can stick with the simpler moves, or you can go hard and add extra height to your bench. Either way, I think you'll be engaged, have fun, and work
your heart and your legs!
