Pilates is a system of exercises developed to improve core strength,
flexibility, posture and the mind-body connection. Pilates is low-impact and can be
modified to accommodate almost any physical fitness level or medical condition. At Evolve
and Elevate, we integrate props such as BOSU balance trainers, foam rollers, rings, flex
bands and exercise balls into mat exercises. We use a variety of equipment each class to
mix it up.
