Never used a kettlebell before and don’t want to hurt your back?These group classes start where you are! !  Our instructors will begin by teaching you to create  proper movement patterns without the Kettlebell. As you progress, you will add  the Kettlebell while gradually and safely building your strength. Our number one rule is do no harm. We suggest training in minimal shoes or barefoot.
