Bring Your Baby To Workout!

This class is designed for brand new moms whose child has not started to walk yet. We will start to ease you back into finding your pelvic floor and regaining your abs.  Expect a combination of Pilates, retraining natural movement patterns; along with teaching you how to properly stand with your baby& breast feed with correct posture. A doctor’s note is required before starting class. Please bring your baby carrier & baby. Barefoot or minimal shoes are suggested.                   prev
