Get your cardio and strength training done in one! This HIIT Circuit class will partner your
exercises between strength moves and using the jumping in replacement of regular cardio.
The bellicon is an upgraded mini trampoline with bungi's instead of traditional springs. This
reduces the impact on your joints by 89% and allows you to jump pain free. Bouncing on the
bellicon is done barefoot or with sticky socks. Class is comprised of Pilates
fitness and other small props. Be prepared to sweat!
