Exercises developed to improve core strength, flexibility, posture and the mind-body connection. Pilates is low-impact and can be modified to accommodate almost any physical fitness level or medical condition. At Evolve and Elevate we use a variety of equipment in each class to get a complete body workout. BOSU balance trainers, foam rollers, rings, flex bands and exercise balls help focus and correct existing exercise patterns.
Our group fitness classes will meet you at your fitness level! Never used a kettlebell before and don’t want to hurt your back? Our instructors will teach you how to start creating proper movement patterns, without the kettlebell initially. As you progress, you will start adding the Kettlebell in with various movements. There is a gradual build to getting strong and being safe about it. Our number one rule is do no harm. We suggest training in minimal shoes or barefoot.
Post-Natal Strength classes at Evolve & Elevate will assist you in strengthening your pelvic floor, correcting postural imbalances and getting your abs back. We realize that your life is no longer yours! We also know things are different internally and our choices of exercises acknowledge that. Our goal is to create a community of women that want to get stronger, learn how to maintain proper posture and not be limited in their movement.
